Seguin,Texas / Rockport Texas
Ever since I was able to hold a fishing pole and walk down to our private stock tanks to fish for catfish and small mouth bass it became apparent that fishing would became part of who I 'am today .My father and I would travel to Rockport  on the Texas gulf coast often to fish the bays for redfish and trout. Once I moved to Seguin I had the ability to fish on the Guadalupe river. I became interested in the sport and gave it a try. Well It only took one time and I was hooked. I love the versatility of kayak fishing I can launch anywhere and reach the good spots and access water no one else can.  People ask me all the time why paddle ? I tell them it's a great inexpensive way to get out on the water.  I fish the bays area of Rockport and Aransas Pass Texas quite often as well as here at home on the Guadalupe river.
My kayak of choice is a prowler big game. I'm a big boy and choosing the big game was easy for me. For me the big stands for big storage , big stability and big comfort, the 500 + lets me load it down with all my tackle, ice chest , and all my gear.  I have fished out of many different kayaks but this one proves to be the best by a long shot. It paddles great tracks well and very comfortable. This is the SUV of kayaks.
