Josh Zachman

Josh has been fishing since he could walk. Growing up in Florida, fishing opportunities were plentiful. After moving to Colorado, Josh began to watch the local fly fishermen in awe, Josh’s fishing techniques began to grow from a worm and a bobber, to more complicated methods, like fly fishing. Josh is a member of Rocky Mountain Fly Casters, his local Trout Unlimited chapter. Josh has been known to fish out of anything that floats, from inner tubes to bass boats, but his favorite craft so far is a kayak. Josh has kayaked all over the country from Alaska to Florida, catching all kinds of fish. Josh’s favorite fish to chase is the snook, Josh loves slipping through the mangroves in a kayak waiting for one to explode on top water bait. When Josh is not fishing he can be seen attending Front Range Community College, and tying flies for his next big adventure.

I currently fish out of the trident 13 its a great boat for what I do, short enough for good maneuverability on bass ponds and long enough for great speed on big lakes and offshore trips. it also has a wealth of unique features, like the mod-pod and sonar shield.
